2. Services

NeuralWriter provides AI-powered tools for text paraphrasing, summarization, image generation upscaling and etc. These tools are offered as a subscription service with options for recurring payments.

3. User Eligibility

The Services are intended for business users. By using the Services, you represent that you are a business entity or authorized representative acting on behalf of a business.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You can register using your email address, Google, or Github account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

5. Subscription and Payments

NeuralWriter offers subscription-based access to the Services. Users may choose between recurring or non-recurring payment plans. All payments are processed securely and are subject to the payment terms provided at the time of subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not: - Engage in any misuse of the tools, such as generating harmful or illegal content. - Violate any intellectual property rights through your use of the Services. - Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with other users. - Embed the NeuralWriter website within an iFrame on another website without prior written consent from us.

7. User-Generated Content

You may upload content to the Services. You retain ownership of your content, but by uploading it, you grant NeuralWriter a license to use, store and process the content solely to provide the Services. NeuralWriter is not responsible for the content you upload or any consequences arising from its use.

8. Cookies and Tracking

NeuralWriter uses cookies to enhance your experience and for analytics purposes. We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Facebook Pixel for tracking user behavior. By using the website, you consent to the use of these technologies.

9. No Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." NeuralWriter does not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the content generated by the Services.

10. Account Suspension

NeuralWriter reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or IP addresses if there is a violation of these Terms or any suspicious activity related to your account.

11. Intellectual Property

NeuralWriter retains ownership of all intellectual property related to the Services, including software, algorithms and generated content. Users do not have the right to use, distribute, or copy any proprietary materials unless explicitly authorized.

12. Limitation of Liability

NeuralWriter will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to errors in generated content or loss of data.

13. Dispute Resolution

API Terms of Service

1. API Access and License

NeuralWriter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the API solely for the purposes described in your subscription plan. You may not use the API to provide competing services or for illegal activities.

2. Usage Limits

Your API usage is subject to rate limits, which are defined in your subscription plan. If you exceed the limits, additional fees may apply, or your access may be throttled.

3. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the API for: - Reverse engineering or redistributing the API. - Creating a competing product or service. - Engaging in activities that violate the law or harm NeuralWriter’s infrastructure.

4. API Key Management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. You must not share your API key with unauthorized parties.

5. Ownership of Data

You retain ownership of the data you send to the API. However, by using the API, you grant NeuralWriter a license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the API service.

NeuralWriter provides API documentation and user support through support@neuralwriter.com.

7. Modifications and Termination

NeuralWriter reserves the right to modify or discontinue the API at any time. If such changes materially affect your usage, we will notify you.
